Keystone Breakfast & Lunch was founded in Spring 2025, on Frazier Ave in NorthShore, Chattanooga. Pennsylvania natives, Dom Santora and Alec Mason, met while working in the Philadelphia restaurant scene. Dom, an experienced chef with a background in Mediterranean cooking put his passions on pause when he relocated to Chattanooga to ply his second skill set in carpentry, doing home renovation and repair and after a couple years, the urge to start cooking struck him once more. After visiting Chattanooga, Alec, a Philadelphia local and long time front of house manager, needed little convincing to move down to Chattanooga to partner up and open Keystone Breakfast & Lunch. Keystone, is an homage to the places and food that Dom and Alec love, and wanted to share with our community.
